  1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 4/180°C/fan oven 160°C.

  2. Mix the oats, seeds and nuts in a bowl.

  3. Stir together the lemon juice, SPLENDA® Granulated and honey and add to the dry ingredients mixing well.

  4. Spread evenly over a 24cm x 20cm (10"x8") baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

  5. Add the sultanas, mix well and bake for a further 3-5 minutes until golden.

  6. Leave to cool and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Tip: Serve with natural yogurt and fresh fruit.

  • 1 tbsp unroasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp unroasted sunflower seeds
  • 40g (1½oz) unroasted pistachios
  • 40g (1½oz) unroasted chopped hazelnuts
  • juice 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp SPLENDA® Granulated
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 40g (1½oz) sultanas
