- 240 g (1 cup) yoghurt
- 120 g (½ cup) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon zest
- 210 g (1.5 cups) flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Half a teaspoon of salt (2g)
- 18 g / 18 teaspoons SPLENDA® Granulated

Grease the rectangular cake mould with a soft piece of butter and sprinkle flour inside.
Whisk egg, SPLENDA® Granulated and yoghurt in the whisk. Add the oil and lemon zest.
Add flour, baking powder and salt and whisk a little more. Pour the mixture into the cake mould and put it in the oven.
Bake for about 50 minutes. When a toothpick is inserted in the middle of the cake and it comes out dry, it means the cake is ready. You can serve the cake a while after it comes out of the oven.
