    Ingredients

    • 250 ml milk
    • 10 black peppercorns
    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 3 cloves
    • 2 pieces of cardamom
    • 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
    • 1 tablespoon of black tea
    • 2 SPLENDA® Packets

    Add the milk to the saucepan and bring it to a slow boil.

    Grind black pepper, cloves and cardamom into powder.

    Add the powdered spices, cinnamon and crushed ginger to the milk on the stove and mix.

    Finally, add black tea and Splenda to the milk and mix.

    When the milk boils, take it off the stove.

    It can be consumed hot. If you wish, serve with ice cubes for a cold drink.
