    • 300 g eating apples, peeled, cored & sliced
    • 300 g pears, peeled, cored & sliced
    • 1 tablespoon clear honey
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 2 tablespoons SPLENDA® Granulated

    For the topping

    • 100 g plain flour
    • 1 teaspoon mixed spice
    • 50 g reduced-fat margarine
    • 15 g chopped mixed nuts
    • 2 tablespoons SPLENDA® Granulated

    Preheat the oven to 200°C / fan oven 180°C / Gas Mark 6. Place the fruit in a 1 litre oven-proof dish and sprinkle over SPLENDA® Granulated. Drizzle over the honey and 2 tablespoons water.


    Sift the flour and spice into a large mixing bowl, add the margarine and rub in using your finger tips until it resembles bread crumbs. Stir in SPLENDA® Granulated and the nuts. Spoon the crumble mix over the fruit and bake for 35-45 minutes until golden and the fruit is cooked.
