    Ingredients

    • 80 g strawberries
    • 80 g raspberries
    • 1 large banana
    • 1 cup plain low-fat natural yoghurt
    • 80 ml skimmed milk
    • 1 tablespoon grated coconut
    • 2 tablespoons muesli
    • 1 or 2 SPLENDA® Sweet Minis

    Instructions

    Cut all the fruits and place them in individual containers to freeze overnight or completely frozen.

    In a blender, place the frozen fruits, skimmed milk, low fat natural yoghurt and Splenda Sweet Minis. Blend until the mixture is smooth and thick.

    Remove in a serving bowl and garnish with muesli and grated coconut.
