    Ingredients

    • ½ cup whole almonds
    • 2 cups semi skimmed milk
    • 1 tablespoon corn flour
    • 1 cup boiled water
    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
    • 4 SPLENDA® Sweet Minis

    Instructions

    Place almonds and with boiling water for 5 minutes. Discard the water and peel the almonds. Grind coarsely making sure not to over process the almonds.

    In a cooking pot, place 1½ cup semi skimmed milk and Splenda Sweet Minis over medium heat.

    Bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Take the pot off the heat. Dissolve corn flour in the remaining milk.

    Add to the hot milk and stir. Return the pot to heat and add almonds. Keep stirring continuously for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame and add ground cinnamon and ground cardamom.

    Serve hot in individual cups.
