Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Preparation time – 8 minutes


Cut all the fruits and place them in individual containers to freeze overnight or completely frozen.

In a blender, place the frozen fruits, skimmed milk, low fat natural yogurt and SPLENDA® Minis. Blend until the mixture is smooth and thick.

Remove in a serving bowl and garnish with muesli and grated coconut.

  • 80grams raspberries
  • 1large banana
  • 1cup plain low fat natural yogurt
  • 80ml skimmed milk
  • 1 or 2 SPLENDA® Minis
  • 1tablespoon grated coconut
  • 2tablespoons muesli
